ROTOVER offers proven zinc flake coatings of mass-produced small parts such as screws, clips or springs. Zinc flake coating technologies in combination with special base and top coats offer very high corrosion protection.
As a coating partner of ATOTECH, we present here the corrosion coating of technical springs. The basecoat used here is Zintek® 200, combined with the matching organic topcoat Techseal® Silver from the Atotech range.
Atotech has an extensive product portfolio for silver and black surfaces for a wide range of applications. The coatings are completely Cr(VI)-free and meet the worldwide specifications of the automotive industry.
