Rotover is officially certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
The foundations of the quality management system are provided by the results of the continuous improvement process. It is an integral part of the company philosophy and the drive for positive further development. ROTOVER meets the constantly growing demands for more efficient processes, high quality awareness and absolute customer orientation.

VDA 6.3 process audits as well as other customer audits are carried out regularly and serve to continuously develop our processes and procedures.

On the subject of environmental management, we work strictly in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001. Protection of the environment and resources, as well as sustainable action, are for us mandatory prerequisites for further corporate success. We regularly set ourselves ambitious goals, invest in modern working techniques as well as training and further education of our team.

Therefore, quality assurance measures are a matter of course at ROTOVER.

They are checked regularly:

• Optics
• Layer thickness
• adhesion
• and defined resistances

We are accustomed to working with our customers' test and performance specifications, thus making processes even more reliable. Successful customer audits confirm the functionality of our system.

On request, further customer-specific defined test specifications can be integrated into the process flow.

Coordinated test certificates can also be produced on request and documentation implemented in accordance with industry-standard requirements.

Initial sampling, such as PPAP sampling according to VDA, can of course be carried out in cooperation with our customer. The same applies to customer or system audits.
