Springs

Small technical springs made of wire or metal.
ROTOVER paints springs in different colors for identification or differentiation, also according to common factory standards of e.g. Siemens or Eaton. Special lubricants such as PTFE, MoS2, graphite or LABS-free waxes can be applied. For high corrosion protection requirements ROTOVER coats springs with zinc-flake systems. ROTOVER is a member of the German Spring Industry Association. (VDFI).

Screws | Nuts

Screws, nuts and other fasteners can be painted in any color as desired. ROTOVER paints small screws completely with very low coating thicknesses. Special lubricants such as PTFE, MoS2, graphite or LABS-free waxes can be applied. For high corrosion protection requirements ROTOVER coats with zinc-flake systems.

Rivets

Rivets, blind rivets or rivet sleeves and rivet nuts are color coated at ROTOVER with high-strength and elastic paints. Whether on aluminum, stainless steel or ferrous materials, the paint systems can withstand the toughest deformations without flaking.

Eyelets | Hooks

Various eyelets for the shoe and textile industry, as well as paper eyelets or luggage eyelets, are painted at ROTOVER in colors as desired. The eyelets or rings are painted in round, oval or flat design, and in different materials and sizes with very elastic and firm paint systems. The eyelets can also be aluminum, brass or iron, untreated, galvanized, burnished or brass-plated.

Textile fasteners

Snap fasteners, prong rings, zippers, buckles, clips. Countless companions of daily life. All these textile fasteners and accessories are painted at ROTOVER according to the international standards of the textile industry. Colors according to (fabric) patterns or templates can be represented.

Plastic parts

Small parts made of various plastics such as ABS, ASA or PPE are finished at ROTOVER with brilliant effect paints and are used in many things in everyday life. The drum-coated surface is more than impressive in terms of appearance and economy.

 

We paint your bulk small parts made of metal, plastic, wood or glass. If your products are to be coated in bulk and you are looking for economical painting, you should challenge us!

Our decorative lacquering includes various articles exemplary of the textile industry, such as serrated rings, zippers or buttons. Also the shoe industry with eyelets and buckles has their products lacquered by ROTOVER in all fashionable colors.

The industry of technical springs uses the special ROTOVER effect coatings for the optical differentiation of technical differences (identification coating), but also the special ROTOVER PTFE coating for the improvement of sliding values.

Not only the automotive industry demands the proven KACELIT coating, which, by the way, comes from our sister company HÜLSEMANN Lacke.

The construction industry, on the other hand, demands the robust coating of screws, rivets and nails.

Special bonded coatings from well-known manufacturers are used for the slide coating of demanding workpieces.

Small parts made of various plastics such as ABS or PPE are finished at ROTOVER with brilliant effect paints and are used in many everyday items.

Brass parts are efficiently protected at ROTOVER by clear coat systems.
