The painting of springs at ROTOVER can serve many purposes:
1. color differentiation for different sizes and functions. Here we paint your springs with special paint systems and thus give your springs a distinguishing feature for use or during assembly. The automotive industry uses this functionality just like many other industries to avoid mistakes due to confusion.
2. the sliding coating to reduce friction values. We paint your technical springs with special sliding lacquers or PTFE coatings for better sliding properties. Another functionality is the reduction of unwanted noise when operating the springs.
