Painted, colourful screws are found very frequently today. The painting of screws is either a functional protection against corrosion or a mainly decorative finishing of otherwise colorless or even visually disturbing screws.
In the case of purely decorative, i.e. coloring, painting of screws, usually only the head is visible at the end. For this reason, screws are often painted only in the head. However, if you are looking for a more cost-effective alternative to the often manual process of head painting, drum painting at ROTOVER is the right solution.

Painting of screws is possible in all possible color shades. The most common colors are white, black and brown. At ROTOVER you decide the color shade, no matter if according to RAL, NCS, Pantone or your sample color. We paint screws silk gloss or matt.
Screws e.g. made of stainless steel A2, galvanized, phosphated, chromated or similar are painted by us in the drum painting process. We will be happy to advise you personally on your material or the optimum pre-treatment of your screws.
