ROTOVER uses special lubricant coatings from different manufacturers. Gleitmo 980 presented here is a proven product from Fuchs Lubritech - a high-performance partner of ROTOVER.
GLEITMO 980 is an air-drying lubricant coating based on an inorganic binder and solvent. The lubricating component is a PTFE prepared by special processes, which has a high release effect. GLEITMO 980 dries quickly and forms thin lubricating films with good release properties. GLEITMO 980 adheres very well to many materials.
Other properties include:
- results in dry, thin lubricating films
- allows low coefficients of friction
- adheres very well to many material surfaces
- offers pronounced non-stick and release properties
- does not stain or grease
- facilitates the assembly of parts with robots
